Graduation is an exhilarating milestone in one’s life, marking the culmination of years of hard work, dedication, and personal growth. It’s a time to celebrate achievements, reflect on memories, and embrace new beginnings. Julia’s graduation from UMD College Park was no exception. In today’s blog post, I’m excited to recap Julia’s grad session, capturing the joy and excitement of this significant season. As a UMD College Park grad photographer, I had the privilege of documenting Julia’s accomplishments all while witnessing the love and support of her family!
Julia’s graduated from UMD College Park in the spring with her master’s degree in Business Analytics.
We celebrated her accomplishments with some beautiful photos at the most iconic spots on campus with her family by her side. We began our adventure at the Library before heading over to explore more of the mall! As Julia posed for the camera, her smile radiated joy and pride. This girl is onto do BIG things, and this is just the beginning!
We continued to explore campus, popping champagne, tossing caps, and laughing along the way. We photographed her session after graduation which was such a treat! During the weeks leading up to graduation, campus is typically packed with other grads celebrating big accomplishments, new degrees, and bright futures. I LOVE when grads opt to take their photos after graduation because we have so many of the iconic spots that were packed just weeks before all to ourselves. Plus, it’s always fun to keep the celebrations going a little longer!
Julia’s family played an integral role in her journey at UMD College Park, so it was so special to have them along throughout her session!
They provided unwavering support, cheering her on every step of the way. So… it was only fitting that her parents and their beloved family pup joined us for her grad session! Their presence added an extra layer of love and warmth to her gallery, and it was so special to incorporate them in a few frames around campus.
Julia has been working in Arlington/DC as a data scientist for the last year+, and I know that with her new degree, she is on her way to continue to take the corporate world by storm! Julia is off to do BIG things, and I am so excited to see where her adventures take her. I have no doubt that she will continue to thrive and make a lasting impact in her field. Congratulations, Julia, on this incredible achievement – the world is yours to conquer!
